GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS

1) The booking is to be considered definitively confirmed only after receiving the receipt for the deposit.

2) The settlement of the rent is to be paid to the Agency by arrival in the Agency. In case the guest is not able to arrive on the fixed day, he must inform the Agency by phon or telegram. If the guest fails to arrive, without notice, by the second day  he will be considered a renouncer. Our Agency rents from Saturday to Saturday.

3) Schould the guest be obliged to cancel the booking in case the Agency  is able to rent the flat to sameone else the guest receives back a rembursement of 10% of the amount of the rent. In all other cases there will be no rembursement of the pre-payment. In case of an earlier departure there will be no reimbursement.

4) It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons than allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Dogs are not allowed.

5) The flats will be delivered between 16°° and 20°° . On the Saturday of the departure the hauses have to be left free within 10°° in the morning, cleaned and in perfect order. If not, the final cleanig can be charged to customer.

6) The contract is meant between the owner of the flat and the customer, while the Agency remains only the intermediary.

7) The use of stove or electric heaters is forbidden. All guests are obliged to respect the house regulations particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet in the afternoon and night.

8) On the arrival personal documents of everybody must be shown for the registration. The Agency has be right to ask for a deposit (or Document) to be given back on departure ofter the apartment has been controlled.

9) For all apartments the guest must bring sheets, table-linen and towels. On request it’s possible to rent directly in the office sheets and pillow-cases.

10) Concerning the low 675/96 about”privacy”, we inform that these data are used only for the booking, the mailing of new catalogues and to be notified by the competent authoritirs.
Office hours : Summer every day ( 9.00-12.30 and 16.00 – 20.00)
Winter : from Tuesday to Saturday ( 9.30-12.30 and 15.00 – 18.00)
